How long can I stay at a corporate housing property?

Our minimum stay is 30 days, with flexible month-to-month lease terms.  We happily accommodate longer stays as well, with some guests staying up to several years at our properties. 

What is corporate housing?

Corporate housing is temporary housing that is designed for business travelers, relocating employees, and others who need a place to stay for several weeks or months.

Our corporate housing service is fully furnished and equipped full of amenities that are important to business travelers, such as:

  • High-speed internet
  • In-unit laundry machines
  • Full kitchen with dishware

Can I bring my pet?

We understand that pets are an important part of your life, and that’s why we offer pet-friendly properties at select locations. Additional fees and restrictions may apply, so please let us know if you plan to bring a pet.

How do I book a monthly apartment?

Q: What types of properties do you offer?

A: We offer a variety of properties to suit different needs and budgets, including apartments, condos, and townhouses/ single family homes upon request. All of our properties are fully furnished and equipped with top-tier modern amenities.

 

Q: How much does corporate housing cost?

A: The cost of corporate housing varies depending on the location, property type, and length of stay. We offer rates that are competitive, if not better, than extended stay hotels. Our rates are tax-free and transparent with no hidden fees.  Secure parking for one vehicle is always included at no extra charge (yes, even at downtown locations.)

 

Q: Are utilities included in the rental rate?

A: Yes, all utilities up to $175/1bd/month or $225/2bd/month are included in the rental rate, including electricity, gas, water, and high-speed internet. We also provide basic TV streaming service or a cable package in most apartments.

 

Q: Is housekeeping included?

A:  Housekeeping services can be arranged upon request and additional charge.

 

Q: What if I need to extend my or shorten my stay?

A: We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to work with you. Most of our leases have flexible end dates in mind, therefore we do not book the property for future guests until the current guest has sent a firm notice to vacate. Please contact us for an up to date cancellation policy.

 

Q: What if I have an issue with my property?

A: We have a dedicated team of professionals who are local and available to address any issues that may arise during your stay. Simply contact us and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
